New Opportunities In Real Estate

The beauty of the current recession is the abundance of new opportunities in real estate. As a professional blogger about building products, companies, contractors, solutions and real estate markets I have a unque perspective.

99% of those I speak with are so focused on what is not working that they can’t see what is happening. I have been saying this for a long time now that we are entering the largest real estate renovation boom in history.  That is a blessing for all the companies I talk about on Metrocrete.

Last month I featured the Cincinnati Mills Shopping Center that just sold as a massive discount to it’s development cost. The property had 40% vacant space. I wonder how many contractors contacted the owner with solutions. Even at $4.00 per squaure foot a flooring contractor could gross $2.5 million in business. Or maybe you’re just sitting there waiting for the call. If that’s you, you’re out of business.
