If you are a regular reader of Metrocrete you know that I believe that everything related to a house or commerical proerty starts with concrete. For example, did you know that 70% of moisture problems in basements are a result of faulty gutters? Yes there is relevance between concrete and gutters. If you didn’t know this you would overspend thousands of dollars trying to turn your basement into a usable space.

I have been speaking with our government officials and business leaders to find out what the programs are to help home owners, new buyers, contractors, distributors and manufacturers solve this problem

Knowedge and education about homes and commercial properties is part. We need to hear what you have to say. Whats going to get housing on firm footing so that we can start to prosper again. We need ideas and solutions.
