MC100 Garage Floor Epoxy 100% Solids  22 -30 Mils

This is a high build garage floor epoxy coating. Finished  with MC356 Urethane engineered to handle hot tire wear and tear. Todays’ new tires have petroleum based chemicals emitted when tires get hot from road friction.  MC356 is the ultimate protective coating. Great for garages, fork lift use and heavy foot traffic.

**Note – Epoxy coatings without hot tire protective urethanes risk chipping and delamination.

1. Prep Floor – Concrete etching, shot blast or grind. Patch damaged areas, fill cracks. Floor Prep Details
2. Primer – MC015 Water based primer, roll on in clear or standard colors with 3/8” nap roller 4-6 Mills
3. Epoxy MC707 – Roll on High Build 100% Solids. You can add light or heavy decorative chips. Standard Colors Available 15-20 Mils
4. Urethane MC356 Top Coat – 65% Solids Hot Tire Urethane, Clear Coat

MC93 utilizes 2 coats of 93% solids epoxy and MC356 Top Coat Urethane. Excellent system for garage floors, industrial and commercial uses.

2. Primer – 93% Solids MC707LVP. Roll On in standard colors
3. Base Coat – 93% Solids MC707LVP, Roll On. This is a light chip system.
4. Urethane MC356 Top Coat – 65% Solids Hot Tire Urethane, Clear Coat

MC015 Garage Floor Epoxy 45% Solids 10-14 Mils

Awesome economy system but with our MC356 Urethane protective coat. Roll on 2 coats of 45% solids water based epoxy plus the urethane top coat that protects from hot tire wear. Easy to apply, wears like iron.

2. Primer  MC 015 – Roll on primer 4-6 Mills in clear or standard colors
3. Base Coat MC015 – Roll on in clear or standard colors. 4-6 Mils
