In the photographs featured here Shawn Halverson of Surfacing Solutions used a concrete mix manufactured by enCOUNTER in Oklahoma City to manufacture these countertops. The enCOUNTER mix is very strong, lightweight and dries quickly.
As you can see in the pictures this home based in Temecula Concrete Countertops were designed with a Spanish architectural style in harmony with the homes design. Designing and building concrete countertops of this calibre does not come easy. This level of skill and creativity comes from lots of experience and education. Knowledge of products used in fabrication takes time and a high level of passion for achieving premium results.
For this project Shawn created textured edges and lightly polished the surface to expose the aggregate then stained the surface. The countertop had to be built to accomodate the farm sink and without visible seams. This was a detailed project with no room for error.
